About 1 month ago we had to let one of our beloved four-legged friends go forever. We would like to thank you very much for the sensitive support and the respectful farewell to our Moritz. It made the painful goodbye easier for us.
As bad as the farewell is, the Aurora team has been more than respectful and friendly at all times. They made everything a little easier because we just knew our baby would be treated well and with respect. A very big thank you
Dear Aurora Team, you are really very, very special wonderful people. It's hard to come close to finding the right words for it. We are infinitely grateful to you. It also makes us overjoyed that there are people like you. That you have created a place up there that gives many people the feeling of not being alone on the last way with their darling. Your appreciative and loving interaction is really unbelievable. For us it felt as if we had been allowed to accompany our little racing roll up to the beginning of the rainbow. Thank you! We wish you all the best with all our hearts! xx Bernd & Petra🖤
During the last walk of our family dog, we were cared for with great care and always had the feeling that this is really about the dignified farewell to a beloved animal and the well-being of our family. We also found the completely transparent processing to be very positive. Many thanks for everything!
The team from the crematorium and the crematorium itself are highly recommended. Unfortunately we had 2 deaths within 3 months and we were so warmly supported and welcomed. Our soul dogs were sent across the Rainbow Bridge in a way I was only familiar with from human burials. Our dogs were family and that's how they were treated there. Even if a crematorium is not really a place where people like to be, we understood each other very well in the hands of the team and felt that we were in very good hands. Highly recommended for those whose animal is not just an animal but belongs to the family.
