Lovely place. Inside garden is great and winter they have a great place for the xmas hot wine and hot punch

Excellent spin on Austrian food and not only. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. The garden is magical, ideal place for a date. The general atmosphere is pretty laid-back. It tends to be packed. They have a small room for smokers. Must-have from their menu: Knoedel mit Ei.

Lovely courtyard setting, full of greenery. Busy scene but seated quickly. Decent schnitzel and a nice Caesar salad.

The place looks beautiful. The portions are a bit small. Good enough for me, but my two friends were still very hungry after their meal. I think it works nice as a place to go for a drink and snack on something.

Beautiful, peaceful garden, inexpensive food. Recommended by Rick Steves, and he was right again. I ate in the interior courtyard, covered with greenery. The food was very good – I had bratwurst, as I was in a country that knows how to make it. They made a nice green salad for me, although it was not on the menu. Only a 5 minute walk from the museum district, but felt peaceful, away from the tourist hustle and bustle.

I was there on 12.05.2017 and ordered Hüftsteak, medium rare, and what i got was a well done steak. I was so disappointed and first time i ever complained about the food, ANYWHERE. The waiter said to bring me another beer as an apology, and the beer never arrived even though mine was sip away from being empty when he offered. It would have been a one star but the garden is nice and the potatoes were decent at least.

We enjoyed a late breakfast here our first day in Vienna. I had a traditional Viennese breakfast, and it was lovely. The weather was nice so we sat outside. The service was normal for Vienna which is a little slow but when you consider the ambience and food and just how beautiful the city is it's not really and issue.
