Neutor hotel was pretty good overall. The location was superb, just 5 minutes walking from the city center and the room was decent. It could be a bit cleaner though.

Very bad and low quality hotel. They are cheating! There are two buildings, one might be a 4☆ hotel, but another one is just hostel, very bad and basic. And they are selling it like 4☆ hotel. We were very angry and we felt very frauded. The receptionist, Nataša, an arrogant Russian or Ucranian girl was very unsympathetic, she had thousand of stock excuses but didn't anything for us finally. She also refused to sign a paper where we wish to write complains. Never more!

I can attach other photos as well.

In my opinion, it is THE worst hotel for what they are charging. Front desk are not nice nor friendly at all. Sometimes you would loose electricity at night than found out your phone was not charged at all or wake up in the dark couldn’t reach the phone. However, not everyone in the front desk are not friendly. There was one lady who’s very nice and helpful. The ONLY value of the hotel is location. I don’t think it’s worthy paying this much to stay here.

Worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Room service was awful, they didn't even charge toilet paper and soap.

Good location. But the equipment of our room was old. I don't think this hotel looks like 4 stars.

Very poorly maintained room, no apology when reported to reception. Window seal was broken so very loud traffic noise. One of the curtains was completely missing so woken early by sun and poor sound insulation, we could hear all the comings and goings of those around us. Numerous other smaller maintenance problems. The buffet breakfast was however very good. Unfortunately the receptionist was adamant that is was not included and only bothered to actually check when we started to look through our paperwork to prove it. I would definitely have given a 1 star if the breakfast had not been good.

Nice hotel close to public parking and a short walk to the old town. Hotel has a breakfast area but the rooms do need to be updated and could be a little cleaner.

I chose Am Neutor on the basis that I would be arriving late in the evening (11pm), AND they listed that they had 24 hour reception And secure parking available for my motorcycle.. Happily, both were true. Both were important for me more than frills.

    My experience was "OK/needs met."

As I was staying only one night, and arriving late at that, I just chose the a simple single roomwhich turned out to be in another building, directly across the road. It was fine for one night. I'd recommend to management that they consider at least a coat of fresh paint, particularly around the entrance. The mildew stained paint doesn't look too inviting. The room was clean and tidy, no frills - really, I had no complaints. The breakfast was very good - plenty of options. The staff seem to be a little "reserved" / sparse with smiles, but I've worked in tourism long enough to know how that can happen sometimes after long hours.

If you're looking for somewhere "nice", with character, a few frills, anbience, there are better choices. But for single night, low cost stay it suited me fine.

Tip.. Ask when booking, ask if your room in the main building.

No air conditioning made our July visit a little too toasty for us, and we're from Florida, USA! Afternoon sun heated our room quite a bit. Even the hotel lobby is very warm. Nice location though with a lot to do nearby. Super friendly staff! Rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Was suprised with the thick duvets, considering the temperature. No flat sheets so I took the duvet cover off and just slept with the cover! Very affordable though and appropriate for the price range.
