It was ok . The rooms were small.the food was nice.the WiFi was above average.

Great hotel in a great location too. People behind the counter were polite and helpful and everyone working there was friendly. However, the room we got had a dirty bathroom which gave us a pretty bad impression of the hotel.

Stayed 2 days in this hotel recently, very dissapointing experienced. On arrival, the receptionist was friendly and informative. But the exeprienced onwards was discouraging. Room was warm and not airy enough, the bathroom floor got flooded easily when shower time and no proper water flowing system. Safe deposit box in the room is not working. The receptionist on the second day was not approachable and not helpful. Nevertheless, the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional when dealing with tourists.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was also good, with hot and cold options available and all you can drink coffee. The hotel staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful and speak good English The location is OK, about 15 minutes walk to the edge of the old town. There's a tram stop nearby if required.

Good hotel. Easy to get to about 2 km from the train station. Ski bus leaves from the front door. Rooms could use some updating but as a safe place to stay. Nice views from the window. It gets a 3 star. Be aware the ski bus only comes once at 8:30am and I am not sure when it comes back but I believe its only once at 5pm so you better plan a full day of skiing or walk back to the hotel 2km in ski boots. (there is public transport and taxi) that defeats the purpose of free ski bus. I walked :)

Nice hotel. This whole area is pretty expensive for hotels, but at least it included breakfast.

Rooms were ok other than the fact that our "double" bed was two single beds pushed together so we kept slipping in between them. Location was ok because it's a smaller town so there wasn't that far. Service was Interesting. We were part of a tour group which got fewer breakfast options than others so we were segregated to our own breakfast room which was odd. Other than that the staff were mostly eager to please.
