  Great staff, customer service is going out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. The most lavish catering I've ever experienced at a hotel, and for a fraction of the cost,.compared to other places.

  Waren 2 Nächte in den Hotel. Anscheinend haben Wir uns eine schlechte Zeit ausgesucht den Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt.
  Auch wenn die Wintersaison zu Ende geht darf dies der Gast nicht merken.
  
  Das Zimmer:
  Bett war angenehm zum Schlafen, was ein absolutes nicht geht ist der Schimmel auf den Silikonfugen in der Dusche.
  
  Der Spa Bereich:
  Sehr schön und auch ein sehr nettes Personal bei den Massagen.
  Wir haben uns zum Thema Orient halt etwas mehr Auswahl von verschiedenen Teesorten usw. vorgestellt und kein Himbeer Sirup.
  
  Das Restaurant :
  Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Die Nachmittagsjause ist ein absolute Enttäuschung. Das Personal ist bis auf ein paar einzelne Kellner eine Enttäuschung.
  
  Gesamt gesehen waren wir mehr enttäuscht als begeistert. Als reine Wellness Gäste ist man anscheinend nicht so erwünscht in der Wintersaison.

  Upperclass wellness hotel. 5 stars during the summer when everything is relaxed. 4 stars during the winter season when the hotel is packed full with people. Their philosophy in food and drinks is sustainable and covers a big need.
