Ein super Hotel für unser Kurzurlaub, sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Wellness Programm. Das W LAN dürfte etwas besser sein. Ein besonderes Lob an den Rudier liest dir dein Wunsch in den Augen ab und ist immer auf Zack👍👍😉 Ein dreifaches auf unser Rudi. Einfach klasse. Gerne wieder.*

Ein tolles Wellness-Hotel im Herzen von Neustift im Stubaital. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war grandios mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge. Der neu gestaltete Wellnessbereich ist der Hammer. Vorallem der Aussenpool mit ebenfalls tollem Blick auf die Stubaier Berge. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut : in Hotel betreut, Essen sehr gut, tgl. Zimmer gereinigt, Massage sehr professionäl. UMGEBUNG, Ausflügemöglichkeiten sehr gut . Ich bin entspannt. DANKE.

We were there to celebrate our 7th year anniversary. We booked our room just a few days in advance. Through email I asked some info about the outdoor activities, ordered some flowers for our room and info about pet allowances. They answered all questions very politely and fast. When we arrived at the hotel, tired and moody, after a long drive from Switzerland, we got a huge surprise when they told us they had upgraded our room. When we saw our new roomwe were amazed! It had a wonderful view to both sides of the mountains and the village. The furniture and decoration was very modern but still with alpine style. We absolutely loved it. The terrace was very big, something that our dog enjoyed very much. They also left a very nice bouquet of spring flowers. Basically, the room was so nice and the hotel was so cozy we really had to do a great effort to go out and do the outdoors activities we had planned.
On the other hand, the spa was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The outdoor pool is half covered, which was very useful for us, as it started raining and we could keep enjoying it. The pool had a very nice view, and they are actually improving it, because they are currently decorating the surroundings of the spa area. I am sure they will get a very good result because you can see the great care they are putting in these renovations. They are contributing to the modernisation of the hotel with high quality materials. In conclusion, we had a wonderful time at this hotel and and we are definitely coming back!response / report this review -

Sehr schönes Hotel mit größerem Umbau im Sommer. Wellness, Fitness, Sauna, Pools alles neu.
Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer schön und gut gepflegt. Besonderes Highlight die Küche. Sehr aufwendige Kreationen immer top präsentiert.

l'hotel è molto caldo e accogliente, peccato solo il camino finto e sopratutto pulito. le camere accoglienti e pulite. il personale molto disponibile. il buffet della mattina ricco e variegato, sia di dolce che salato. anche la merenda del pomeriggio e molto appetitosa. l'unico problema che è però comune a tutti gli hotel sia dell'Austria che del nostro altoadige, è la pardita della caratteristica tirolese in cucina. scordatevi i canederli di speck, i wustel e crauti, lo speck sul tagliere di legno con i cetriolini, lo strudel ecc. il tutto a favore di una nouvellecuisine, che però deve essere spettacolare. e qui non lo è. l'hotel è vicino alla fermata del pullman per il ghiacciaio e a due passi dal centro di neustift.
