Canyoning and white water rafting and the instructors: 5 stars!
But the customer service regarding the hotel or sleeping arrangements 0. At the end, better to really set your expectations low. You will hear trains, water takes 10 minutes to warm up, sad and dry breakfast. with the hearty price of 120€ a night- totally not worth it. Better stay somewhere else if you really want to have a proper rest. Plus they will blame you if you didn’t “check” properly what they offer. No sense of empathy or anything. The kind of “customer service” is based on what they are “allowed”to give you. Which is ok if they are extra nice about it. But no! Actually, I wouldn’t mind if they spoke in a way that makes us feel like they totally understand our situation but unfortunately they really can’t do anything but just offer another room and be just a bit more understanding and listening to us. But the best part is: they had to blame us that it’s our fault in the first place that we didn’t check properly their website. THAT IT IS OUR PROBLEM! What is that??!?! Is that the right way to talk to your customer? And they wonder why I got strong in my tone. Because this manager did not get any sense at all of how to empathize 😒 Makes people aggressive actually. So guys, lessons learned- we let them keep our money but we didn’t sleep there one more night. Not worth our vacation.
Anyway they don’t care about our experience there in general. They won’t lose anything. But we, we don’t want to lose a good night sleep in a very good bed, no train sounds, with an amazing breakfast- somewhere else than that sad sleeping location.
Amazing place.. can spend a full day.. good for kids above 7-8 yrs
Great location for an exciting day. Had a blast here with the family. Lots to do and great for groups. The downside, the pictures make it look bigger than it is and it’s not ideal for smaller kids which we didn’t read anywhere. Not a bad place and we will be back. Thank you.
I was only in the swimming area.
Everything was nice especially the trampoline.
The only things I missed were a visible clock (there was one behind the slides) and umbrellas (you can rent one but there were none left when I asked).
Exceptional action / amusement park. I also foumd the prices fair and justified given the quality experiences you get - especially when comparing to other parks. Pro tip: get there early in the morning and / or during the week in order to avoid queues. You will not regret it.
Wifi is the worst one I ever seen and they trying to proxy SSL with wrong certificates and block some sites. The area is designed in most stupid way: from cabins you have to go all the way around the lake to reach chilling area, you have to pass under water slide where you are getting wet, you can't pay with your key or put it to the room. Near lake area isn't nice to be walking barefoot. It would be a nice place, but all small pain points ruing three while experience.
Amazing water funpark! Incredible gimmicks, cool sounds and team! Integrated into an unbelievable landscape!
Its an awesome place! With the premium card that i got from my hotel was it possible to go in for free!
Great activities, well-educated outdoor guides, well-maintained protective outdoor equipment, delicate Tyrolean scenery, fine hotel rooms. Not only a vacation but a fully-fleteched experience. The guides kept us secure throughout all activities, always minding our individual needs for adventure and safety. Will certainly go there again!!
Just awesome! We went here last year with the family and there is something for everyone to do! In the park itself you have waterslides, a swimming lake, you can climb, there's a deathride etc. You can also go on a trip with guides for mountainbiking, rafting etc. You even can stay at night in one of there homes you can rent next to the park! Best experience ever! There is also a big restaurant with a Nice view on the people that are doing on of the big slides!
Most awesome actionsportspot in Europe!
Had a really good weekend here. Paradise of outdoor activities
The adventures here are way cool! Try to do everything if you can.
Activities are great and they include the entrance fee to the water area. We went there twice. Once with an activity and once without. I would not recommend paying 22 Euros when the weather is good and it's a weekend. It will be packed and there will be no spots on the tiny lawn. All their marketing material is shot on a wide angle lens and from really good perspectives. It's cool but it is half as exciting as they say it is. We waited forever to do blobbing or other sliding stuff and if you have done a couple of "more exciting" activities it will not be as adrenalin pumping as you might expect. After doing a rafting tour or any other activity it is a perfect addition to end the day!
This is one of the best swimming pools I've ever been too
