I've always loved shopping there, but having that one bad experience just ruined it for me! and it will be the last that i ever shop there! They just opened up the second floor, and i was expecting for the best service ever since this new floor was just recently opened..Hence the word "New" so they should have been fully staffed..but when i went upstairs to buy a set of pearls for my mom for the Holidays I literally had to wait at least 10-15mins before anyone knew i was there. Which is kind of scary since the jewelry section is left unsupervised, & who knows what could have happened. (It doesn't take that long for a criminal to do the crime) Finally someone came to help after i had to wave her down to come over, to help me pick something out of the dresser. After picking out the pearls set that i wanted for my mom i proceeded to the check out line. While waiting in line at the register to be helped by the cashier who I could tell was "Stressing" out a little bit, continued to advise customers that they can GO downstairs if they didn't want to stand wait in line. The whole time i thought, "Isn't this the reason why there is a cash register here so that people DON'T have to go downstairs??" I know when you're a little overwhelmed you tend to direct the traffic elsewhere, but come on lady there were only 3 of us in line.. FINALLY i get to the front of the register and she rings up my item and says, "Do you want this in the BOX?" I said, "YES" how else am i suppose to take them? she then continues to tell me if i want to take the item in the box that it was already in, I would have to pay for the box itself on top of the price of the set of pearls! I literally was in shock! I am already purchasing an expensive item, and you want me to pay for the box that it's already in? I don't know but every other jewelry shop I've been to if you buy jewelry it comes in a "FREE" box itself!!! anyways the girl was nice enough to tell me that they had a little gift bag for jewelry's that i can take the pearls in, and i thought ok! great at least that's better than paying a cardboard box! She laughs and says, "Oh you have to pay for the little bag too!" OMG!! WHO DOES THAT? by then i was over it! I took it and got the heck out of there!! The Christmas spirit for me just went down the DRAIN! talk about hustling your customers!! Maybe not everyone has that experience, but like i said that one experience did it for me! Need to improve customer service, and take a better look at the small details that will keep your customers loyal and will continue to come and shop there.

I love to shop there for groceries, and the inside of the store look lovely .
