  O hotel é bom, pois está muito bem localizado no centro do bairro Belgrano. Tem ônibus e metrô na esquina, restaurantes, farmácias, mercados, lojas de ruas, etc. O hotel está sempre limpo. Ponto negativo é o Wi-Fi nos quartos que o sinal é muito ruim.

  Muy malo el aseo. Mala atención de la recepcionista.
  Falta mantenimiento. Con 1 estrella están sobrados.
  Mi habitación,la más alta muy mal mantenida.Sucia y el baño sin limpieza. Tuve que irme a otro hotel.

  En la descripción de la página del hotel ofrecen una cosa que no es real. Una decepción. No vale la plata que cuesta. Recomiendo el Sures o Sarum si quieren pasar un buen momento. Elegí la opción de reservar con una seña y la tarjeta como garantía, al menos eso dicen, pero ES MENTIRA, cobraron todo de la tarjeta SIN AUTORIZACIÓN. Una porquería. Lo rescatable es el personal de limpieza, muy bueno.

  I spent five nights at the Ker Belgrano Apart & Spa and they were absolutely horrible. I regret very much having booked this hotel. There was some sports team at the hotel who behave extremely inconsiderately, very very loud, screaming, shouting, slamming the doors, singing - and the hotel management did nothing to stop them or was utterly unsuccessful even though I called every night because even with ear plugs there was no way to find sleep before two or three o´clock in the morning. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN A HOTEL.
  
  I will never go back to this chain of hotels, it totally spoilt my stay in Buenos Aires.
  
  Room was spacious, bed good, bathroom quite small, hotel could definitely improve cleanliness. Lots of hairs on the floor in room. Location good.
