Vamos Spanish is GREAT! I tried another smaller Spanish school in Palermo but Vamos Spanish is much better. The class sizes are small (around 4 people) so you are able to develop your Spanish in a comfortable environment with a lot of attention from your teacher but Vamos is a slightly bigger school than others in Palermo so you're guaranteed to be in a class with people at the same level as you.
I have done two weeks here and starting my third week tomorrow. I highly recommend Vamos to anyone who wants to improve their Spanish!!

I enjoyed my 3-week experience at Vamos, and my teacher Julian, very much! That classes are entirely in Spanish, which is a bit intimidating at first but is the best way to do it as it forces you to improve quickly! Not only did my Spanish improve dramatically but I also met a lot of great people from around the world. The school organizes weekly activities for students, which is a great way to see the city and hang out with other students like you. I would highly recommend and I plan to go back in the near future!

I have been taking classes at Vamos for three and a half weeks now, and I can say with certainty that my Spanish has drastically improved. I feel much more confident in my speaking skills, and what we learn in class is directly applicable and relevant to daily life skills.

I have had the same instructor for my entire stay, Rosario, and she is wonderful! She speaks incredibly clearly, has endless patience, and makes the classes so much fun! The classes a really great size, it's nice to learn along with others at the same level, but they aren't too full to the point where you feel like you're not able to ask questions or get personal help.

My experience at Vamos has been fabulous, I would recommend this school to anyone!

An excellent Spanish school! The teachers are all very kind, and most of them are local college students who have great recommendations as for what to do in the area. Most students only come for about a week, so expect to meet lots of new people if you are staying more than that. The instruction is very good, and the class size is always five or fewer people. We also did the homestay option, which went very well.

I had an excellent experience. Vamos has a great academic director that helped me find our more about my current Spanish level. The placed me in a class with other students that had my level and that was really useful. I manage to make a huge progress during the 2 months I spent learning Spanish in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend Vamos Spanish Academy for many reasons like the academic director but also the fact that they are located in Palermo. Thanks very much guys.

I have really enjoyed classes with my teacher Macu. There is a lot of emphasis on conversation which is exactly what I wanted and needed. We also cover grammar to aid with accuracy. Our teacher always comes up with interesting cultural subjects related to Argentina to discuss. I like that the classes are small and they seem to really make an effort that everyone is put in the right level.
What is really great about Vamos is that it is really easy to meet other travellers. They offer lots of extra activities which makes it easy to see the city and meet others. I went on a trip to La Boca to see the street art for example. For a solo traveler this is really handy.
The location is also convenient being just off Santa Fe and a few blocks from the heart of Palermo.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and your class feels like a little family. The classes are fun, and the planned events are a great way to meet other students and get to know Buenos Aries. It's so great that you feel sad to leave.

When I started the language course at Vamos I was an absolute beginner. However in only a few weeks time I was able to have simple basic conversations in Spanish, thanks to the teachers of Vamos. Taking a language course is an absolute must if you want to learn Spanish. The lessons at Vamos are very clear and the small groups make the lessons quite interactive, which I enjoyed. Vamos was a very good start for our trip through South America

I studied at Vamos for a month and had a fantastic experience. I did 3 weeks of private lessons and 1 week of a small group class. In both cases my instructor was great at helping me improve my grammar and vocabulary in a fun and encouraging environment. Equally as important was the great social scene. Vamos does a great job of organizing events outside of class. It was very easy to meet people, so I would highly recommend Vamos, especially for solo travelers.

I had an excellent week in the intensive group program. The enrollment process was incredibly easy. Everything was as described. The instructor was wonderful. Most importantly, our group bonded immediately and we hung out together most of the week. There were great events advertised at the school and I am still communicating with some of the people in my group. Very cool place - highly recommended.

Had a really good teacher during my 4 weeks at Vamos Spanish. Before I was taking classes at another Spanish school in Palermo but had to leave because they were changing the teacher everything day. At Vamos during my 4 week I had consistently the same teacher Clarla and she was great, very professional and friendly.

I spent 8 weeks (9?) taking classes 20 hrs a week at Vamos. It was great. During that time I had some 3 instructors, and maybe 6 other classmates (not all at once). Everyone was top-notch. It was well worth the money and time.

In addition to the classes, Vamos organizes regular social events - which I appreciated very much as my wife and I were brand-new in Buenos and knew a whole zero people here when we arrived.

Wonderful school! I'm on my 3rd week of classes. My teacher is incredibly helpful and patient. I definitely have a better understanding of the language and sentence structure. I feel like the amount I comprehend has grown significantly.
The school is very personable and friendly, and offers lots of activities around Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires itself has lots to see. Definitely do recommend :)

I had a blast and learned a lot at Vamos. I went for 2 weeks time, during which I stayed with a host (who was incredible) for one week, and then on my own for the second week. The classes jumped right in and were immersive, allowing me to really practice my Spanish. The instructor was excellent! The faculty helped out a lot, ensuring I knew great places to go- restaurants, tango clubs (Milongas), and more. It was also a great way to meet many other travelers from around the world. I'd recommend it for anyone, whether you have a week or 10 weeks.

A wonderful place to learn the language and meet like minded people. I especially liked the way the language was being taught and at the same time the family feel that the people at vamos created. I met some wonderful people and felt at ease the moment I entered the school. I would definitely recommend vamos!

My experience at Vamos was excellent and I would highly recommend this school! My classes have always been just 2 or 3 students and I have studied with two teachers during my time at Vamos. Both my teachers were engaging and eager to see me learn and improve my skills. All teachers, staff and students make this school an excellent choice to learn and it is a great way to make new friends when arriving in Buenos Aires.

I had a wonderful experience at Vamos and highly recommend taking classes here! Because I came during Argentine winter, class sizes were small (2 students to one teacher), and I feel as though my learning benefitted greatly. It was so nice to keep the same teacher throughout my 6 weeks as I was able to build a relationship with her and my fellow classmates. The free coffee in the break room was perfect to cut the early morning winter chills and the social nights that were organized were fun.

My wife and I have been taking
Spanish lessons at Vamos Spanish Academy for 3 weeks. We were complete beginners without much prior knowledge of Spanish. We took group classes and classes were as promised always a max of 6 people, all our weekly classes were 4-5 people which is small enough to guarantee a good learning experience for everyone. Our teacher Rosario was great, we made lots of progress and she focused on giving us enough time to practice talking, while not forgetting basic grammar. Location of school is great, very close to the popular Palermo neighborhood. School premises are dated but charming that way, so don't expect any luxury or great facilities. The staff more than made up for any shortcomings in that area, great activities on offer after school without pressure to participate, and a very helpful business manager - thanks ben for all your help and tips. Much recommended school for its fun and informal atmosphere with students of all ages and from all over the world.
