Nice building (clean, air conditioned), open curriculum (subjects), and flexible study system (you can take basically from 1-5 subjects, up to you, and pay accordingly. Of course, taking fewer credits is proportionally more expensive but you decide.

Badly paid teachers, some under qualified. Many international students, mostly from Lat Am.
Open minded. Pricey for what they give. Good location, cool neighbourhood.

A "young" university, both institutionally (it was created in the 90's) and in terms of the pupils.
