170 pesos ($10 usd) but they don't allow tripods, according to security inside, and the people at the ticket counter outside aren't aware of this policy. And they don't normally offer refunds of ticket price. But if you complain about the unfairness of the situation to the right person, they'll refund your ticket price.

In my opinion, it's a must-visit if you're in town. Even for non-christians.
This is an experience for specific taste. I would say it was a religious experience for me, but because of the ways it is bad. The animatronics and statues are so grotesque that it's comically beautiful. Jesus resurrecting out of the mountain was something I wouldn't have thought to make in my most cynical dreams.
The fact the wailing wall is present with people praying to it (why would it be? they would be praying in the temple at the time it tries to depict), or that there were belly dancers in front of the temple, dancing to Turkish music, was surreal.
There is so much to take in at this park, easily spent 3 hours there and had a lot of fun. But you are likely to have a very different experience if you're less secular.response / report this review -

Place to visit in Buenos Aires.
It's all about Jesus, (history of Jesus Christ)
You can find many shows inside with really good light effects.
This place has nice taste in food, if you are hungry then just don't hesitate to take a bite.
You can find spots where you can take photos.(Really nice place for photos)
The advantages goes on. But the only disadvantage here is that the tourist who don't speak Spanish can not understand the programmes.response / report this review -

Buenos Aires' Haw Par Villa. I had quite a lot of fun here. It's a strange, kitschy, and slightly crazy experience. It's sorta the definition of an "Atlas Obscura" destination: an authentic but very odd journey into a different culture.

This is really somewhere you would only want to go if you're interested in the story of Jesus. It's an educational theme park more than an entertaining one - and is pitched towards children more than adults. It's well put together and has quite a few things to do but probably not the right place for tourists looking for an Argentinian theme park.
