Fantastic hotel in Soho, Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Walk to great shopping , restaurants and cafes. Beautiful, clean and elegant hotel with huge rooms and beautiful ensuite. Small and personal.

Hotel Glu is on the north side of Palermo Soho, centrally located in Buenos Aires with easy access to the city by foot or cabs. The basics: rooms were comfy and clean, and benefits, like laundry, were nice to discover and made a longer stay doable.
The power of Glu: the employees. Without a doubt they are the most helpful we've encountered in our years of traveling. They basically became our guides to the city. They are knowledgable about places to see and go, and they helped get tickets to everything we wanted to see (an Argentina Premier League soccer match, a polo match, tickets to Colonia, and of course a tango show).
If we discovered a novelty of the city, we swapped experiences with them, which shared a lot of context and helped us slip into the flow of BA. They added not just to our stay, but our whole trip.
As for English speakers like us, well you don't have to worry. Glu was our perfect home base.response / report this review -

Very nice! Very clean! Customer service is fantastic! Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Diego at the front desk. I would like to add that I had a second stay here and it was another fantastic stay thank you to both Deigo and I believe Lucinda or Lucilda (the lady the was filling in for someone on the week of Nov. 20th.

Staff is exceptional. Extremely clean. Big rooms. Very comfortable. Great breakfast, more than the usual. Excellent location. But it’s the service here that really shines. They all lean into it. So helpful and pleasant.

Amazing place! Great location on the best neighbourhood. The room is large and luxurious. The staff, especially Alejandro on arrival, were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Buenos Aires

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great staff. The room(s) at the back are spacious and quiet. Great neighbourhood for restaurants and small shops. And if it is still there (hopefully), the archery range shop next door was a blast.

Glu is one of the best small hotels we've ever stayed at and we have travelled all over the world. The owner is dedicated to making sure that it runs well and the people who work there do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Also, it's in a great neighborhood that my 24 year old daughter loved as did I!
