One of the best Sheratons I have ever stayed at. As a platinum member I was upgraded to a suite with a mountain view. Room very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Club lounge was perfect for breakfast and had a spread of finger sandwiches, meat, cheese and wine and beer. Perfect snack before a late dinner in Mendoza. There is a casino in the hotel as well if you are a gambler.

Probably the best hotel in the city. Huge lobby and very friendly staff. I was able to book a wine tour through the hotel no problem. The room was clean and spacious with a very big bathroom for Latin America standards. The Casino was cool too and the server girls working there are all fine. This hotel has basically everything you will need, it is a Sheraton after all.

The location is perfect, the receptionist service not very good, they need to give good information on how the hotel works when a new customer arrives and does not know their policies.
The room is not of a hotel of the given category, for us it would be a 2/3 stars hotel. They only put one set of towels per person when in any hotel they put 2 sets, if we asked for an extra towel the next day they would remove it, we had to ask them to leave soaps (This is part of the service). The carpets very dirty, the mattress on the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, overall the room pretty dirty. We are very disappointed because we paid for a high category hotel and it did not work out that way. We do not recommend it, nor we will stay at it again.

Concierge service was good each evening. The only concern was the hotel management which took almost two months to get my bill straight; but we got it worked out in the end with a lot of effort. Hotel was clean. Room cleaning should have been better.

Visited the restaurant on the 17th floor.
Lovely view of Mendoza (a beautiful city indeed).
Some mistakes in the service. A started that was ordered never came. The waiter apologised immediately.
I would have liked to have been knowledgably recommended a wine when asked.
I'd strongly recommend it and want to make it a usual.👌
