On 10/18/18 we paid $ 5,000 to use a wake room for two hours where we said goodbye to a very old relative. We were 5 people in the room. We bought a bouquet of half-withered flowers (according to the lady at the reception was in the fridge to be returned to the supplier) for 1000 pesos and they refused to give us an invoice or ticket. Despite having 6 cups of coffee in the room, I had to go looking for a place to buy coffee in the neighborhood because no one ever showed up to invite us even with a glass of water despite the fact that two of the attendees were over 85 years old, one granddaughter of 22 and my wife and I of 65. Very bad attention In the photo you can see the glass of thermal coffee that I bought and the cups that they gave us.
