Compre una plegable. Tube un problema con el guardabarros. Escribi 5 mails, llamr y fui. Aun no me contestan despues de tres meses. Ademas lleve mi bici al service, con la camara pinchada, me la devolvieron igual. Mala la postventa. La respuesta es hace 25 años que tengo local por dios. No lo recomiendo

Las mejores marcas de bicicletas, tanto de segmento medio como de alta gama. También hay para niños, bicicletas fijas, cintas para correr, repuestos y accesorios, lo que necesites lo tienen. Excelente ssesoramineto y trato

Me soprenden que aun sigan abiertos. Hace tiempo compre un equipo de transmisión casi completo Shimano Alivio 21v (shifters, desviador delantero, desviador trasero y cadena) y deje la bici para que lo instalaran. Cuando la retire funciona bien, pero me pusieron unos shifters más economicos y no me cambiaron el desviador delantero, no me consultaron, no me devolvieron la diferencia y no me lo facturaron. Los reputie y no volvà más ni volvere.

Atienden muy bien , tienen gran variedad en su rubro y buenos precios..y si el precio es elevado es por que el producto es de calidad

Hace varios años que voy frecuentemente a la bicicleterÃa, los comentarios que hay relejan la variedad en la atención del local. Fui a hacer una reparación de un pinchazo, saqué número, atendieron a dos personas que llegaron después que yo. Cuando me atienden, después de 20 minutos, me dicen que no hacen reparaciones los viernes a la tarde ni sábados a la mañana, me dijeron que las opciones era o cambiar la cámara o dejarla para la semana que viene.
Una lástima que en un local con todo en la materia de bicis, no tengas certeza que cuando llevas la bici te la vayan a reparar.
Me alegro que les vaya tan bien que tengan margen para tratar a los clientes asÃ.response / report this review -

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!!
This place has one of the worst client service I have ever seen in my life. I come to the shop and see some guys from the service talking to some pretty girls. I approached them and waited a few minutes but the idiots pretended the did not even noticed me. The I approach another service guy and stand in the line. The line is not moving as the service guys seem to be talking to their friends. After 10min I went out - and will never go there again. If you like wasting time and meet a bunch of LAZY Argentinians - that's your place.

Came here with 6000 pesos to spend, looking for a regular shop half an hour before close.
Very busy store staff wise but didn´t get served until I started looking for prices in the pricing book (didn´t realise it wasn´t for customer use,) the guy came and took it from me though I said I was using it, didn´t explain it was for shop use only.
Found another lying around so started searching again and mechanic came and took it from me, pretended to use it then put it down, wasn´t until the third time I went to use the bike lists he said it was only for shop usage, and they were closing for lunch, (5 minutes to close), and ushered me out the store. Offhandedly answered a couple of questions but was in no way interested in selling me a bike.
Overall, off-handed and surely, and an unpleasant shopping experience I will not go back, and would not recommend serious cyclists to shop there.response / report this review
