Disastrous attention. I arrived on time for my shift and they told me at reception to wait (the girl was not busy), when they finally attended to me they told me that since I was late (?? !!) I would have to wait. One hour and counting delay. Clarification: Do not be late, and all the people who were made us wait more than an hour, several also complained, having arrived on time for the scheduled shift. Far from the worst diagnostic center !!!

At the beginning of February I requested an appointment via email to have an ultrasound and they never responded. I approached the place and they told me that they were going to call me, but I still had no answer. I am sorry that they have such bad care because they have told me that the other branches work well but it is seen that the one in the supply lacks ethics and responsibility with the patients.

The attention of everyone I dealt with at headquarters was excellent. The place is really very clean. There is a person who disinfects the seats well. Everything is clearly indicated and marked. They treated me quickly and gave me the results within a short time after I had the ultrasound and mammography. The team is good too. There is also free wifi and a large parking lot right in front of the venue. The place is highly recommended.
