I had an unusual reason for my visit. The voucher I was given to dine at this restaurant was made out to the old restaurant. However, the owner was very accommodating and accepted the voucher for my entire meal!
Sebrina was going out of her way to make my experience a very memorable one. Even though she felt her English was not to par she was able to explain every successfully the menu. She made sure I had everything I needed, and tempted me with deserts. She made my visit😊
The restaurant has a present and friendly atmosphere!
And, as a courtesy the owner even called me a cab! I call this restaurant first rate!!!!!response / report this review -

I highly recommend this place. The building is superb with a view to match. The staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. The food was also excellent.

Ya no es Della Famiglia Bianchi, cambio de dueno ahora se llama Famiglia de Caso. Haciendo uso del Caso, paso a describir, la atencion esta en el promedio de lo que es Bariloche. Si les gusta comer ESPINAS con TRUCHA este es el lugar!!!!. Te la pasas sacandolas de tu boca o del plato hasta que se te van las ganas de comer. La trucha es grande si pero no vale nada de este modo. Cuando le hice el reclamo al Mozodijo esta trucha es asi, tiene espinas y siempre va a tener porque blablabla y los duenos quieren que sea grande y no les importa nada mas, y la queja no te la paso porque es (al pedo) no dijo eso literal pero lo sugirio. Lastima porque pintaba lindo. En resumen NO recomiendo el lugar ya que alguien dedicado a la gastronomia no puede hacer ni responder como lo hace esta gente.

Major disappointment all around.
I've been traveling for months and eaten in countless restaurants, big and small, along the way. This is easily and by far the WORST experience I've had both in terms of food and service.
Service was horrible! We waited for nearly an hour for a main course without the waiter ever bothering to check on us. The fish (which they had highly recommended over pasta) was a complete disgrace. It was served cold, dry and unpalatable. Turns out they had forgotten the sauce all together! When I finally did get the sauce it was an unappealing mix of liquids that didn't sit well together :/ after such a long wait and mistake after mistake there was no apology. They even overcharged me for having had a salad for a side instead of fries (they charged for a full order of salad even though the menu said a side dish is included in the price).
The food was fast food quality but with a horrendous wait and big price tag :-/
The restaurant atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Table cloths were a mess with stains all over them. Having observed the way they 'clean' the tables while we were patiently waiting (and waiting) I wouldn't call them clean at all. There was a chilly breeze from the door that some customers would leave open and the staff would completely ignore.
Please avoid! And I hope you find better dining experiences in beautiful Bariloche.response / report this review -

Simplemente delicioso!, una de los mejores lugares que probamos en Bariloche y uno de los más ricas de pastas que hemos comido!. El lugar es muy bonito, impecable, de ambiente muy agradable. Nos gustó tanto que decidimos repetir. La pasta riquísima!, probamos diferentes platos y uno era mejor que el otro, en especial la lasagna!, una delicia!!.ubicado en el centro, tiene una vista preciosa!, más que recomendable!!!

Encargamos: Ravioles de calabaza 0 gusto a calabaza la masa parecia plástico. Matambre tiernizado a la pizza con papas fritas (las papas estaban recalentadas o pasadas en aceite) y gnoquis rellenos (tampoco tenian mucho sabor). No sabemos q de todo esto estaba mal pero terminamos toda la flia descompuesta con vomitos. Barato pero caro el resultado. No vuelvo. No recomiendo.

A melhor massa que já comi na minha vida. Pedimos conchiglione de salmão e trutas ao molho de camarão. Excelente e com ótimos vinhos.

parecía lindo y no muy caro, pero fue un fiasco. La pizza de muzzarella anunciada en el cartel a $55 tuvo la sorpresa del cobro de cubierto, que en una familia tipo se transformaron en $48 extras (le cobraron cubierto a 2 menores de 5 años que ni los usaron!!). mala la atención del mozo, calor sofocante arriba, no lo recomiendo. Si no quiere ser un turista estafado, elija otro.
