I contacted the company to consult about the installation of a "sensor" to avoid accidents when closing the gate of my house, which is very heavy.
Immediately I was able to coordinate them to come to my house and when evaluating the placement of the "sensor" they explained to me that due to the little space between the car and the gate it was not possible to place it, but they still offered me a solution that was to change the "controller" of the gate in order to decrease the force and allow the last centimeters to close more slowly. Now it is much safer. The entire job was done in less than 30 minutes.
The truth is that they took a concern out of me by offering me a better solution than the one I thought was the right one.
The service and honesty with which they work is wonderful. Not in vain do they have such good comments.
