  Rentacar hat keinen Schalter am Airport Trelew. Man musste nach einer Vertreterin suchen. Die haben wir dann auch gefunden. Der Vertrag wurde dann von "Del Sur DS" ausgestellt.
  Das Auto, das man uns gegeben hat, liess sich nicht starten. Die Frau war schon weg. Also musste man sie anrufen. Sie kam zurück, konnte aber das Problem nicht lösen. Nach über 2 Stunden Versuch/Irrtum bekamen wir endlich einen Ersatzwagen, der dann problemlos funktionierte. Die Rückgabe war dann problemlos. Trotzdem: nie wieder "rentacar Argentina" oder "Del Sur DS". Wir erlebten die Abwicklung als sehr intransparent.

  Man from a company met us in Trelew airport (they don't have an office there so look for a man/woman with a sheet of paper with your name in Arrivals). He showed us our auto and we signed a contract. Everything was quite fast and easy. He speaks English a little. Car was okay, we hadn't any problems. We communicated with staff via WhatsApp, it iwas very comfortable. We returned a car without any problems and we've got the franshise after couple of weeks. Recommend!

  Car was clean and ran well. Worked for what we needed. That said, the process was unclear from the start. Little communication lead to confusion getting the car and when we dropped it off, at the agreed upon time and location, Fede did not even show up or write. Since they do not have a counter at the airport we had to just leave the key with another agency.

  Recibimos un auto de mayor categoría al contratado tal lo indicado por Federico. El auto, impecable. El servicio, inmejorable: Federico nos dió todas las indicaciones para manejar en ripio y todos los papeles que se requerían para circular. Servicio acorde a la calidad y precio, SUPER RECOMENDABLE!
