  The staff was very helpful and can answer all your questions about what to do and how to do it. The place is very cozy and the view is great. Good location a couple of minutes away from the city center, bus stops and beach.

  Worst hostel I have ever been. The people who are running it are nice and the view to the lake is good, but that's it.
  There is a lot of mildew in the shower and the wifi is so slow, that it even takes some seconds to send a Whatsapp-message. To download a normal app it takes 10 minutes. I gave feedback to the owners, but they told me it's slow everywhere in Bariloche. That is wrong, in every other location I've been, resteraunt/bar/hostel the wifi is at least 10 times faster
  Moreover the hostel is really ugly!
  There are much better hostels which are even cheaper in Bariloche!

  Although staff was very nice, the place is super dirty. My blanket had a big mold stain, there was a hole in the ground under the carpet in our room, kitchen was dirty so we did'nt even want to cook or use any of the dishes. Beside all of this, my gf got bitten by something during the night and found it out in the morning.

  Great people and great accommodations! They are relaxed and very friendly. They were a great help with recommendations for things to do in and around the city, even on a rainy day. There is also an incredible view of the lake.
