Despite a very fancy ambiance, both the food and the service are well below average:
First waiters are cold and not paying attention. We had to ask for everything even for a plate for our toast
Answering any questions seems to bother them.
They are highly inflexible and incompetent as they are not able to describe the dish they offer.
I had my dish 15min before my friend, and be sure ham, cheese and waffle were completely industrial. It is a shame when you pay that 200 pesos.

If things don't change I strongly don't recommend this place.

I suggest that the waiters may be more happy to help and pleased to share with customers what could be a great culinary and cosy experience.

Regarding the food:
Instead of industrial ham, let s have some bacon!
Decent cheese should be the norm rather than one that looks like plastic

This place has all the potential to become a chill and warm reference.
But don't be mislead by the nice pictures because for now this restaurant doesn't reach the standards it pretends to.

The place is spectacular and the service is cordial, though slow.
Food is also amazing (it used to be better I think, a few years back).
Great for new experiences and flavours (food and cocktail wise!)

Nice food and interesting selection of vodka drinks. The ambiance is fantastic, with norwegian design amd very cozy.

Stunning design. Set menu for lunch - even with 'extras' like coffee and dessert it was only $234pesos ($35ish NZ) service wasn't great - might have been my lack of Spanish so a staff member from another section needed to help me - did not seem very happy about it and took twice to ask for water which I was gasping for - no free water offered. Otherwise lovely. I wish I had asked what the white wine was as it was delicious.
