Hermoso lugar natural argentino. Imperdible.
It's a good place to visit ito learn about how astroficisist work and how an obserbatory works. We were even lucky enough that they were moving the telescope and we saw it working.
Back on Sunday, January 8, 2017, I visited the other very important observatory out in Calingasta, San Juan Argentina known as CASLEO or Observatorio Astronomico El Leoncito.
This observatory is Not as easy to visit as the Felix Aguilar Observatory also known as CESCO because they go by reservations and only a limited amount of persons are allowed to attend.
I was very lucky to attend their observatory and during my visit, I met with Claudia Alamo who gave me a very nice lecture and tour of the facilities.
During my visit about 10 other persons or so and myself had the opportunity to see the Moon and other stars as well!
The experience for ME was incredible because it is one of my first times that I had ever seen the Moon so close and even got pictures of it with my Android.
I personally want to thank Claudia Alamo for the wonderful tour and Camilo the Dog for keeping me warm up there because it was quite windy during my visit.
Sincerely yours,

This is the other observatory located in the Calingasta area of San Juan Argentina.
This Observatory does not accept many visitors so you have to have basically an appointment and a voucher to get inside.
They take in I believe between 6 and 12 people per day and that is all.
I just had the opportunity to see the planet called Mars.
It was amazing and if you ever come out to this area, then you should have luck in seeing this place just like I did.
Thank you.
