Fui al local a buscar un producto y me tuvieron esperando 40 minutos exactos, mientras todos los empleados se dedicaban a hablar por teléfono era la única persona parada como estúpida esperando que me atiendan. No se dan cuenta de que la prioridad la tiene el que va en persona a comprar y no un potencial cliente que sólo llama?? Cerre mi negocio para ir a comprarles a ellos y me hicieron perder el tiempo hasta que me atendieron y lo peor es que les d dije todo esto, me pedían disculpas y seguían atendiendo por teléfono, uno de ellos haciendo el que tocaba una batería imaginaria al compás de la música que escuchaba. De 4ta. Un cliente menos. Aprendan a atender o no empleen pendejos.
