Clean and comfortable rooms run by very friendly and helpful staff, but the building needed some maitenance. The resturant was average and the kitchen seemed to be struggling at 1/3 capacity. Would recommend staying here but eating out.

Nice hotel with a very good location in Centro area. Rooms are well laid out. Bathroom does not have good shelf space but overall a very nice hotel. Parking in a garage in the basement was perfect.

Check-in and check-out times 3pm and 11am are not flexible even though very few guests at the hotel. The main elevators were broken and we had to use one staff elevator.

Good Staff, very comfortable and cozy. Has a nice bar and an excellent pool. I traveled for business but it seems to be proffered by vacationers

Sometimes they host events in their saloons, but I wouldn't recommend it, if you have a birthday or something like that the prices are EXPENSIVE per person and they don't let you take the food away, even the cake that you had to pay it !

Very good hotel, great bed, good breakfast, OK wifi, could be faster. Really strange bathroom sinks, try having a shave in them.
