The app has been bad for days, always the legend "we can't serve you at this time, try later" and you try later and the same thing, you try again and the same thing the application is a disaster

Terrible Macro, they made me wait 1 hour, everyone who arrived passed by, my rights are not valid, I am not a client of the firm!!! They don't have a complaints book!!!! to recommend them.

Terrible service. Delay in care, almost always with a single box. They made me come look for cards and they don't have them in the branch. Poorly trained staff: whenever I had to carry out foreign trade operations, I explained to them what forms to take. The worst in banks.
