Nice view but no airconditioning and bad breakfast. Doesn't worth the money.

Very nice Golf Resort, rooms are large and comfortable. Food is good and dining areas well appointed with great wait staff. Air conditioning is only available in some suites so ask if you want or need it.

Absolutely gorgeous place had a beautiful stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful but a few things cost me five stars.
My key card didn't work 50% of the time and also had a few problems with the hot water functioning.
A minor little thing that vaguely bothered was the fact that all the taps aren't labelled hot & cold or caliente & frío.
Aside from those little things it was a wonderful stay and if I'm ever back in San Martin de los Andes I would love to stay here again.response / report this review -

Excellent place. Great attention and awesome staff providing the best service. Reliable Internet service. Breakfast very delicious made with high quality products. If you are looking for a quiet place sorrounded by forest and vegetation Loi suites Chapelco is the place.
I would only recommend some shuttle service to San Martin de Los Andes town during high season and also offer alternative menu during Christmas and New Year.
Great service guys can't wait to visit you again in the next Christmas season.response / report this review -

Muy buen lugar, pero interpretamos que la carta del restaurante debe tener platos más sencillos. No todos tenemos el paladar del cheff. Precios mas accesibles posiblemente el que se hospeda consumiría más.

Es un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas y los servicios que ofrece. Excelente atención, muy buen desayuno, habitaciones cómodas. Es muy lindo para ir en pareja, pero también con niños. Buen restaurante y su atención.

If you are looking for a place to relax, forget about the world then San Martín de los Andes is for you and if you like a good massage , great accommodations and good food the the Loi suites will not disappoint , do understand that this place is really isolated and the ocasional glitch is part of the experience

Hotel lindo. Pero necesita más servicios. Un transfer al centro. Mínimo 3 veces al día. Transfer al cerro. Mínimo ida un horario y vuelta x la tarde.

We visited as part of a Backroads trip and found this high-end hotel situated within a golf club community a positive surprise. Beautiful views, friendly staff, well appointed rooms and good food in its restaurants.

Habitaciones espaciosas y con vista espectacular. La pileta es chica pero con la misma hermosa vista que la habitación.
Restaurant con platos no muy variados pero muy ricos. Desayuno espectacular.
El entorno es impresionante, se pueden hacer caminatas hasta el río Quilquihue que tiene playitas hermosas, sino caminar por todo el complejo.response / report this review
