Stayed four nights: Monday through Friday mid-January 2018. Simple, clean, relatively new. Good friendly very-competent attentive staff. Not many rooms, so there’s always someone available. Nice grounds with an interesting pool design. Simple breakfast with choice of eggs (having a less-sweet breakfast cereal option would be a good addition). Good choice of dinner options, which were prepared well. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice. Overall, the hotel and restaurant are a good value for the price.

The location was excellent. Located in the “near suburb” of ‘Chacras de Coria’, approximately 8 miles south from the center of Mendoza. The area is safe; we walked most of the streets at night - within 1 km of the hotel - looking over the restaurants and shops in the area: Mitre, Italia, & Viamonte are the commercial streets. The rest of the nearby surrounding area is mostly residential which was also pleasant to walk in. During the day, we walked to ‘Clos de Chacras Restaurant’ (and winery) for lunch (without reservations). A taxi ride from the hotel to San Martin Park (Mendoza) was about $10 US (if you want a taxi back, just walk over to the ‘Regency Casino Mendoza’ and there’s a taxi-stand on Av Sarmiento). If you want to stay in an area without lots of corporate-hotel-dwelling-tourists, this location would be a good option.

I didn’t drive to this hotel, but could have easily done so. The roads near ‘Chacras de Coria’ were not crowded during the non-rush-hour times. (I did drive from the airport to another hotel. In my opinion, the Mendozian drivers aren’t any more aggressive than Italian or East Coast USA drivers. The biggest problem was the lack of lane markings, which can get confusing in crowded conditions. If you do drive from the Mendoza airport to this hotel, I’d recommend taking the Araoz exit off Route 40 and approaching the hotel from the east on Larrea Street.)

Note about ATM’s: There’s an ATM located about 1km from the hotel (at Plaza Espejo). I had no trouble using my Credit Union and Bank of America ATM cards. But, the ATM’s currently only dispense 100 Peso notes ($5 US). If you get 300 US bucks, you end-up with a huge wad of 100 Peso notes. The hotel staff was able to exchange these for some of the brand new 500 and 1000 Peso notes, which made the wallet thinner, but they might not always have the new notes available (something to aware of).

Wonderful place. Spent 5 nights here with my wife. We had a great time. The entire staff was great. Our standpoints were Francisco and Marielis! They were perfect in every way. Great breakfast each morning included in rate. Dinners were outstanding. Location was perfect for exploring. Zero issues.

A wonderful atmosphere! Nice quiet hotel with amazing staff! In a good location close to three different wineries within walking distance. Mariana helped us at the front desk get checked in and set up reservations and suggestions for visiting some wineries nearby. Super helpful and very nice! I highly recommend staying here! The rooms are wonderful!

Beautiful and romantic little boutique hotel. A bit expensive, but in a good location if you are traveling by car.

I was a guest at this B&B years ago with fond memories. Great B&B , easy to reach the vineyards. Very nice accommodations - nice restaurants near. I will return.
