Kelta Hotel is bad,corrupt,awful place,Let me tell you my experience.My brother was paying for our stay.He supposed to reserve for 1 night(5th Feb) but accidentally he reserved for two nights(5 Feb and 8th Feb).We arrived on 5th around 11pm talked with reception thankfully they understood english .I tried to reason with them to cancel the 8th Feb reservation.The manager lady said on the morning a manager will come and he/she will help you.We said ok they gave our room key but the problem is every room has a balcony and we did not have.It was on top floor with no view but a tree obstructing any view and no elevator(we have really heavy luggage)and no help whatsoever from the staff.Anyway we carried them entered our room then what?The room is awfully small beds were smelly,room was very smelly.Bathroom door was enlarged so much so we could not bulge it.I went down to reception to ask another room and the lady said all of the hotel was full she cannot do anything etc etc.We tried to sleep and morning we went to breakfast.It was horrible every should be hot plates were rigid cold,the only nice thing around was the hotel's small dog.I went to reception to cancel 8th Feb There was a guy(just tiny bit english)He said let me ask to manager then we waited like 10 min and he called me.He said Ok we cancelled it but you need to pay,I checked the bill it was still two days price I asked him whats going on?They canceled whole reservation and (which my brother as paying with his credit card) and they were expecting to pay with cash.I tried to reason with him ,I tried to get ahold with manager alas it was unsuccessful.I paid 58USD for 5th and 63 USD for 8th then we checked out(oh btw the hotel was almost empty there is no way that the other rooms could be full)We were walking to taxi(just 10 steps later) I figured that I left my SILVER earrings on the room.I went back asked the reception that I forgot my earring he said just wait I will look to the room.He came back and he said oh the room is already full someone is in there he cannot do anything about that.ITS CALLED ROBBERY!!!The earring has not any money value for me BUT it was last gift of my dying fiance and they robbed me!I tried to call police but the police is not understanding English and I was missing my flight I left the country.My god just Punish them!!!!!
Do not go to that hotel they are robbers and cheaters!!!response / report this review -

The Hotel is nice bus Basic .
it's inside of the town so the location is good , the breakfast not that good , we didn't had any meal but the food is cheap .
Most of the workers can't speak English
is something very important in hotels , the pool is super small and cold the rooms are just OK
The managers been very nice to us and halpfull ..
All in all -
Basic , just a place to sleep at night, in my opinion not worth the price .response / report this review -

Muy mala relación precio-calidad. Mi habitación tenía muchísimo olor a humedad, la ducha tenía muy poca presión. El desayuno básico y la limpieza general mala.

Muy lindo el hotel, cuando ingresé no estaban las camas como las había reservado. Al dia siguiente las modificaron. El hidromasaje no funcionaba. El resto muy bien. La atención en la recepción fue excelente.

Apart from the breakfast coffee tasting far to strongly of chlorine, it was a nice place. The shower was great, and the staff very friendly.

아주 작은 숙소이지만 이전의 숙소들이 워낙 안 좋아서 좋게 느껴진 숙소. 룸을 가장크고 좋은방으로 주어서 감사했다. 부부가 참 열심히했고 도움을 많이 주었다.

We had really bad experience.they don't clean the room between the nights, and the aircon wasn't working good. They took us money for ordering a taxi for us on the phone. And there wasn't a wi-fi on the room.
I don't recommend to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is nice, big rooms, good breakfast (eggs, cheese, ham, bread, lots of cakes, tea and good coffee), wonderful reception. The problem is with the noise from the traffic and even more noise from other rooms, you can hear people talking and doing other things in their room. I rated it 5 because the price is reasonable compared to other hotels and the location is great.
