Personal agradable, atento. Las habitaciones constan de tarjeta electrónica, seguro. El desayuno se sirve en café al frente del hotel.

Walls dirty with traces of former inhabitants, coffee stains etc, shaky wifi, torn sheets, used to the bone insufficient furnishing, broken handle, unfriendly room service, unflexible front desk.
No drinking glass in the bathroom, bed is falling apart
UPDATE: after second night housekeeping took one of two bigger towels away. So now in double room double occupancy ordered (but am alone), only a small hand towel and a mid-sized towel.
UPDATE 2: the next night the television set stopped working. Trying to call the reception internally failed as no number was provided. Had to call through the outside line!
UPDATE 3: the tv works again, just discovered that one lamp doesn't work as there is no light bulb in it. Posting the picture.
UPDATE 4: the night receptionist took the tv's remote control with him. I was promised a new one, or any at that, but it apparently never made it to my room. Wonder what else is going to happen - still have two prepaid nights via booking com Try not to prepay, you're stuck afterwards!
UPDATE 5: received a new remote control and a light bulb for the dysfunctional lamp appeared. Unfortunately the telly is out again. I won't mention it to the reception, am a bit tired about all this, although the staff did become friendlier over the days. As one can't open the windows, and the a/c is somewhat overwhelming, I put it on 30°C for the night so it would only ventilate. The aim is to have it not cool down the room waking me up from time to time with a little breeze from Antarctica.response / report this review -

Pésimo. Las instalaciones, la fachada, la limpieza,etc. Lo peor, es el desayuno. Dice ser continental, y es sólo un cafe con leche con medialunas o tostadas. Un desastre. No volverÃa.

Las camas son pequeñas y la sábana de abajo no es ajustable y se sale muy fácilmente. el baño podrÃa estar más limpio, la puerta corrediza tenia marcas de ¿dentrifico?
Estuve 2 noches y tuve que quejarme del ruido de otras habitaciones y la primera noche habÃa una pareja comiendo y haciendo ruido en el pasillo que da a las habitaciones.

TerrorÃfico! las paredes son de papel, se escucha TODO lo que pasa en las habitaciones de al lado aunque estén hablando. Las almohadas estan para jubilarse ya! la limpieza no hay mucha. El desayuno es deprimente, solo hay cafe con leche con 2 medias lunas o 3 tostadas, encima es feo todo. Todos los detalles del hotel son malos solo habia una mesita de luz, espejos rotos, luces mal puestas. Para nada es un hotel que corresponda con lo que te cobran, hay hoteles extremadamente mejores en la zona y encima mas baratos!
Casi me olvido la ducha te quemabas vivo de vez en cuando porque al parecer esta todo mezclado, si usan agua en otro lugar te quemas MAL!!response / report this review -

Muy buen hotel. Casi perfecto. Tuve una buena experiencia: buen trato de los empleados,limpieza diaria y buena predisposición ante cualquier inquietud. Le resto un punto porque el baño se inundaba debido a que sus puertas estaban mal selladas,pero por lo demás no tengo nada para decir.
