Incredible service. They went out of their way to make sure we had all of our permitting and paperwork in order, which saved us a lot of time. They did not try to upsell any additional services we didn’t ask for and made the overall process very efficient. Highly recommend.

I used Inka in January 2017 for my Aconcagua climb and will use them again later this year, as I am planning to summit again but via a different route. They provided a faultless service. Without them a solo climb up Aconcagua would be very, very difficult to organise. I don't speak any Spanish but that was ok as Inka took care of just about everything. Top company, one day all Tour Operators will be as good as Inka.

Will preface this by saying tha INKA is a fantastic company to climb Aconcagua with. 5 stars. Guides, staff, accommodations, fantastic. I give 1 star because it is the only way to get the attention of future adventurers looking to seek a similar adventure but need to rent equipment in Mendoza. INKA and other outfitters use Chamonix as their rental outfit and they are the most horrible company i have had to deal with. This was my experience with CHAMONIX ( again INKA itself is fantastic but this particular partner's behavior- asinine): Never in my life have I used a more unfair company for rental equipment before. This company came highly recommended from INKA Expediciones whom I used for my Aconcagua climb. I rented a CAMP helmet for $35 (URL attached below so everyone can see what a full priced helmet costs). The rental was pricey considering that a full price helmet is $60, but I was OK wth it since it was my fault for forgetting to bring a helmet with me. Unfortunately for me, during the trip the strap broke, which is my fault. I get back, and am shell shocked to find that I was forced to pay $155 US!!!!!! WTF!?!?!? Get back to the hotel find that the full priced for a brand new identical helmet is $60!!!!! Since when does an old, depreciated rental item get charged TRIPLE PRICE(including rental fee) for replacement????? Rediculous. For any future customers, my two cents: bring don't rent gear, and if you do rent, handle the gear like it is your baby (and hope that there isn't any preexisting breaks that could predispose it to breakage). Either way, Chamonix should absolutely be avoided or use at your own peril. I give 1 star for two reasons: 1) I can't give zero stars 2) the employees seemed to be good people forced by some absurd company policy.
