  Overall, great place and service. A little too pricey for some things (room service surcharge is very excessive). Must improve kid activities to match other HJ resorts. Must improve pool service because it is way to slow

  Just went for the spa and walked around in the casino afterwards. Great view of the Paraná river, and close to Parque Urquiza, where it's nice to stroll (once the sun goes down a little)

  Terrible smell of cigarette smoke. Hotel is due for a revamp. Definitely nowhere near a 5 star hotel.

  Hotel con una vista inmejorable del río Paraná. Buena higiene de baños y ropa de cama. Alfombras, tapizados de sillas y sillones son otro tema, muy difícil de obviar si eres una persona sensible a descargas biológicas de huéspedes anteriores. Caro, cocheras sin puesto fijo, pueden exigirte dejar la llave de tu vehículo. Desayuno promedio para un hotel de esta categoría.

  Es un hotel con todas las comodidades. Hermosa vista, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. El desayuno es muy bueno y abajo esta el casino. Sin dudas volvería

  Very nice overall. Things I find lacking: breakfast foods in general should be better. Medialunas are far from the best. We needed a two-bedroom suite but none was available. Things I find positive: outside swimming pool is great, restaurant food is excellent, room is ok, and the view is wonderful.
