We stayed here over the Xmas/New Year holiday to visit the Falls. Very quaint hotel with helpful front desk employees who speak English. We also had the dinner buffet which had a good variety.

Just had 2 nights here with Australians on tour. Lovely hotel with good amenities. Huge spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet air-conditioner! Good breakfast. Good location with lots of restaurants surrounding. Highly recommend.

Nice place clean and roomy. But the pool is not properly chlorinated the jazz does not have hot water. They say does it works on solar so forget a nite time jazz relaxation but wait during the day the next day in the sunlight still no hot water the pool water is warmer. Had a video dropped off from my Iguaza fall experience to the front desk and I had to call them to find out if it was there, twice I called the first guy said hold on. Well hour went by called again. And it was there. Really!!!!! The food was good at Dona Maria, the steak was excellent. The waiter seemed over whelmed I was the first customer then he pick up a large table of people never really ever saw him again unless I whistled for him. I did once but I did apologize for doing so. But he went to a table a table away and he did not even look at me to see if I needed his service. Again the food was great hats off to the chef for the steak. The staff seemed to be very helpful but lack organization. My fault for not being able to speak in any other language then English. Had some problems with communication for the first time being in South America. And if no one had the answer they seemed to just kick the can down the road. I think if you speak Spanish you would love this place. Give it a B- but has much more potential. Joseph Francis from Florida, USA

The hotel is very old, badly needs refurbishing. The walls and floors are thin.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really loved the place.
From the amazing pool area, to the friendly staff, the clean rooms with an amzing view and the delicious breakfast everything was perfect.
Another plus was the great location! Directly next to the best restaurants and the bus terminal.

This hotel was beautiful. They have a precious pool surrounded by plants, there is a bar too. The room was clean with a really nice view. It included a delicious breakfast from their buffet. The location was perfect.
The staff was super friendly and the food varied and delicious.
I'd recommend their all you can eat restaurant for their meals. You have a lot to choose from.response / report this review -
