Came with a big group of blacksmiths. We were loud and annoying I suspect. The staff were kind and the owners adorable.

Terrible Bathroom and worse customer experience with the only lady that works there, seems to be from coordination. The french receptionist is very respectful. When I asked for changing the room, I was expected to carry my own bags from the rooms at the third floor, through corridors smaller than the streets in Venice. The bathroom is not quite a bathroom, is something that they tried to workaround and put inside a room. Photos are all misleading, because they figure only a few rooms in the first floor (which are all, of course, full, I believe 'cause of the bad quality of the others) and to that end I would call this place a HOSTEL, not a Hotel. Worst experience ever.

Highly recommend this hotel! Great decoration and style. The shower was great! The beds were ok. Good breakfast! The staff was really nice and helpful! The location was perfect for us, since we were there to visit the Palermo Soho neighborhood. Everything was in walking distance!

I don't know why people give this place negative reviews. The room is clean and location to a very nice speakeasy bar and to other Palermo establishments is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Can't really fault our stay and wished we stayed longer now, first time for us, but we will be repeat customers.

We loved the personal service and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms are a bit sparse, with concrete floors and limited window light, but you will likely not spend a lot of time there. When in the hotel, we enjoyed the common areas on the first floor and on the roof-top. The staff went well beyond our expectations to make s feel comfortable, welcomed and offered lots of help getting around town.
