Great atmosphere and nice staff, but the bathrooms get flooded because there is nothing stopping the water from going all over the floor.

This hostel is a joke! After spending two weeks here and booking two tours within the hostel you could expect a little more customer relation. After my phone was stolen from my room, no kind of apologies from owner/boss. Last day, checked out couple minutes too late and got charged AP 100. After talking to the boss that this is not very customer friendly first thing I got told was that if I don’t pay right away she will call the police. I stated that I was still waiting for any kind of reaction to my stolen phone, to which I received this following answer: “in this case we have to call the local police, which we did. We don’t have to apologize”

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the hostel was about a 15-20 minute walk to the main restaurants and shops in town. Also, there is only one outlet in the room for 6 people and it located at the top of wall.

All around great place. The rooms are spacious and have lockers to store valuables. They also have their own bathrooms and the showers are hot! The WiFi is pretty slow, but conducting regular business wasn't a problem. The communal areas are large with plenty of people to talk to and games to play. There are restaurants nearby and a grocery store is about 10mins away. There is parking for motorcycles and bikes.

Perfect hostel for backpackers. Cheap prices and they offer everything to do in mendoza.
I recommend to do the horsetrip, because you will get wine and barbecue with it which is a perfect argentinean experience (and you will meet some real gauchos).response / report this review -

The staff are very friendly and nice. Great music is the communal area. The only issues is that the private room was a bit dirty, smelly, and noisy at night.

Good hostel. Rooms are clean and have private bathroom. Bar, pool table, rent a bike, computers - all at the hostel - and great atmosphere! Staff super friendly and helpful. Amazing Breakfast included.
Location is good though not the best. Wifi also has some problems.

Nothing super fancy. There seemed to be great community and night life, and the hostel would organize excursions for you if you wish which was nice. I went on an awesome horseback riding tour. But the kitchen was seriously lacking in equipment, the pillows were the lumpiest I've ever seen, and the wifi only worked downstairs in the common rooms. I will say they had great showers :)

I wonder why they do not have a Tripadvisor account Well here is my thoughts after 4 nights, from Dec 2-5, 2015. The pool table cues are garbage, need to be replaced. The bathroom in my room, for one, did not have any soap. There was also no garbage can in our room on the first day, only on the second day (once it was a full room) was one provided.
Also, the girl working at night at reception was definitely not too interested in helping me out. What happened was I had missed my bus on the final night and had to come back to stay a fourth night before leaving the next day. So, I show up and ask if I could stay, if there was room, since it was 11:00 pm. She said yes, but could not search up a free bed at that time because she was so busy with some paperwork, and she seemed stressed about it so I said, no problem, i'll wait until you get a moment. 45 minutes later and I am barely awake because I'm so tired, I decide to see what is going on and she tried to give me the same story again. I convinced her to just get it over with because I had to sleep, and it took maybe 20 seconds to find a free bed (which was the exact same bed I had the previous 3 days).
My biggest bone to pick is with the breakfast. They use styrofoam cups and plastic spoons, apparently to save on dishwashing time (which is done by the guests anyway). This is absolutely ridiculous! What a waste of plastic. I really found this to be super lazy on behalf of the hostel management.response / report this review -

Very good hostel with affordable prices.Room clean and very well planned with universal power outlet available.Wireless good speed and friendly staff. Only con is breakfast a litlle poor butby the price is excellent
