I always stay at this holiday inn when passing thru Buenos Aires, it's located in a very active area, close to fine and fast food restaurants, La Florida street and the port. Receptionists are very attentive and the breakfast is excellent.

Bad chemical paint smell on floor I was on. Asked to be moved and they said it (smell) was being taken care of but never did. Other than that nice room.

A regular hotel for those who needs to stay a couple of nights. They have bathtubs in the rooms, the hotel is well located pretty near from the Puerto Madero, which is an extra, but if you want a hotel with restaurant or Bar, you should check for other hotels once this one just offer the breakfast services and don't have restaurants for lunch or dinner. It's simple but it worth.

I am a Platinum Elite IHG member and my profile clearly states my preferences of high floor away from elevator and they put me on the 4th floor right next to the elevator. The AC does not achieve the set temperature. Only here for two days but next time I will go back to the Intercontinental Hotel. I stayed there last time I was here and everything was great.

Just average really with above average prices. On a busy road (so not so easy for taxis to stop), but within easy walking distance of Florida Road for shopping, and Puerto Madero. I stayed here as I was transiting between airports, but for any longer stay probably would prefer the Palermo area. Was upgraded to an executive room with IHG status (but not sure what made it any different from other rooms). The bed was comfortable and air-con worked well to cool room down.

It is good for tourism, also if you visit buenos aires to get a work permit/visa or residence it is very close to the offices

A modern hotel located in Puerto Madero, not too far from the "Microcentro". Very convenient for Buquebus connections, as it is very close to the ferry terminal. Good accommodations. Nice breakfast, but the breakfast area fills up fast.

The hotel is good, exactly like other Holiday Inn Express. The hotel personnel are serious and will care about you.

Check in and check out can be slow in rush ours - usually at most 2 employees at front desk. And no express checkout, so make sure you have time before missing your flight

In general you will hear noise from the streets. I stayed here over 15 times and noise is audible just from the highest rooms. Some look to the front (Alem street) and if you are high you will get a very nice view of the river. Others look to the back and are slightly less noisy (and no view at all).

Wifi is free and usually works decently (not this last time I stayed when it went down 2 times in a couple of days).

I stay here because it is very conveniently located for the work offices I go. But you will find better choices in the area (I like the NH hotels) for this price.
