  The entire team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The front desk and concierge were extremely helpful and offered wonderful recommendations. The went out of their way to make arrangements for us for our next leg of our trip in Valle de Uco. My only regret is not having enough time to stay longer. Truly first class customer service!

  Lovely boutique hotel. Great staff, amazing facilities. Never had a chance to enjoy the spa since we were eating and drinking at all hours of the day. This would be a 5 star rating if it weren't for a few minor little things. All fixable. Room lamp that didn't work, wasn't fixed when we asked. Telescope that is broken. Asking for a second cup of coffee. I mean little picky things. But they add up. The room was gorgeous and we'll be back. (Which of course is the best rating of all).

  I'm glad I did it once. It was very cool staying above the vineyard and would've been even better before the harvest. Everything was as you'd expect and even though I gave it 4-stars I do have some gripes. I did love the fact that the service was excellent and you didn't have to lift a finger. The staff were exceptional especially the spa gals. Accommodations (George Jetson Suite) were interesting, but cool to do once. I think a room would be just fine and you wouldn't have to walk through the gravel and cold. The restaurant was very good, but the Sommelier was the bomb! I did have better meals at other wineries, but I did really enjoy the Somm. Definitely the highlight of the stay was the spa experience. I definitely recommend it!!! Absolutely amazing. I've never experienced anything like it. When I return I will definitely go to the spa, but will not stay there as the value is better many other places. The one complaint I do have is the restaurant at the front of the property (the name escapes me). A little difficult to find (maybe just for us) and the entire experience was disappointing. The restaurant was extremely cold though they do provide ponchos. The staff just did not seem like they were together. We had trouble getting our purchased bottle of wine poured - they take it from the table but then no one is around to give you more. Ugh. The food was just mediocre although the empanadas were to die for. We did not go on an asadero night so if you are planning your trip I suggest you go when they are doing the big bbq. That dining experience was extremely disappointing, but overall I am thankful for the experience, but I had much better overall satisfaction as many, many places in Argentina at a mere fraction of the cost.

  Nice hotel in the middle of an amazing wine district - it's an upmarket resort but showing signs of wear - the staff are great - the accommodation very comfortable and the restaurant has good meals. The view is amazing and time spent around the pool is very relaxing - but make sure you get out and do some wine tasting of the amazing wines in the area!!
