  Ribeye steak is superb! Fries are excellent but enough to feed four. The mixed salad is very good too. Come at 8 pm when the restaurant opens to avoid the wait that can br substantial.

  One of the most delicious steaks we've had on our trip to Argentina. The Ojo /rib eye was a huge thick portion which we had butterflied and they cooked it perfectly rare. We also had the provoleta and a salad.
  Wine list is good too. :)

  Perfectly made steaks! It gets full very fast though, make sure to reserve in advance if you are a big group or to be there very early if in a smaller group or couple. Totally recommend the entrana and rib eye!

  Excellent pasta or steaks. There are 3 different locations in Bariloche. Two locations specialize in pasta and one location specializes in parrilla. None of these locations serve both. Highly recommend either the pasta or parrilla restaurants.

  If you go to Bariloche go to this restaurant, it's a cultural experience and a culinary tradition that dates back to when Argentina lived off the land and kicked the Spanish out of their special country. A few centuries later, the taste of the pampa naturally delivers, it's the special grasses that make this meat so tender, so delicious. Yea, when I eat the best beef left on Earth at the Boliche and see all the other happy Argentines in their nature environment, drinking, eating and pouring their chimichurri. I think back to what it must of taken to make this meal so perfect, surrounded by historic hospitality and people who deserve to still live like this.
