Dear Gentlemen on the National Route 12 Km 119, Ibicuy Islands Party, there is a band of extortionists and criminals issuing fines to people saying that they do not have low lights on, from what I see on the networks, and it can be observed in the place , This is common knowledge, but the highest authorities of the place seem not to see it or are accomplices, it also seems that there is no court of misdemeanors but that everything is cooked in the same place Directorate of Prevention and Security (they should change the name), the Deception, fraud and bribery are the order of the day, even with witnesses who are accomplices of the same gang, the corresponding complaints will be made until the last consequences are a series of lazy, useless and criminals, who take money from people of good.

Quedate tranquilo que no vas a poder hacer el descargo ,asi se manejan Lo peor de todo es que los superiores se hacen los boludos .Y entre Rios no se merece que por esos tapes caigan todos .Febrero 2017:caminera de san jaime (tunita) PPQ448 ,me paran ,C4 thp 2016 ,me piden si pueden sacar el matafuegos del envase original de plastico que nunca fue usado,lo rompen ,abren y segun el señor la aguja estaba casi tocando el area verde que marca descarga. Bueno , no esta vencido , nunca se uso y ud. dice que esta descargado ,accionelo y veamos si realmente esta descargado ,pues no ,no lo hizo y me multó. Ademas tenian de rehenes a dos brasileros con matafuegos vencidos y le sacaron 3900 a c uno.
17/10/17 , 18: hs ,caminera al oeste de viale cruce con la ruta a Maria Grande . NDT 166 ,fiat siena (mi otro auto), me fui de viaje el jueves previo y como no llego el papel de la renovacion de la poliza que por supuesto la pago en forma automatica por tarjeta de credito como la mayoria de los mortales ,le muestro en el telefono el mail con la poliza renovada y al dia (poliza electronica )- la cual me aseguro mi productor de seguros de Zurich que era lega-l: obvio tampòco sirvio y me hizo la multa ,con el agravante que cuando llego a mi casa la muy picara policia puso en la boleta "luces antirreglamentarias ." Mas grave aun me cobraron $3300 en efectivo con la amenaza que si no lo hacia asi me saldria $ 11.000.-¡¡¡¡¡¡¡y a cada rato mientras deliberabamos que hacer venia un gordo y nos decia "metanle que si no ,empezamos a desarmar el auto y de aca no se van mas " . Menos mal que a ese gordo lo tengo grabado en le celular y no voy a para hasta escracharlo y que me devuelvan la plata . Es mas ,tengo mis serias dudas que esa plata haya entrado a las arcas de la provincia .
