  Rooftop bar and restaurant, we only had a glass of wine while waiting for the next tour bus. Views were lovely, although cloudy dull day.
  Only one waiter, so I ordered and paid straight away. Definitely worth a visit just for the views. Can't comment on the food though.

  Happy hour isnt really special considering the prices are virtually the same. The view of the city is wonderful though!

  Good food and an excellent wine selection. The view of Mendoza from this rooftop resto/bar are amazing.
  
  Occasionally they offer live performances which range from musicians to comedy acts.
