Fuimos 3 días con mi pareja. A pesar de que el hotel se ve bien y es amplio el servicio deja mucho que desear para lo que te cobran. Las chicas que limpian las habitaciones gritándose de habitación a habitación, hicieron imposible que pudiésemos descansar. Se metieron a nuestro cuarto con nosotros adentro. Nunca en los tres días que estuvimos limpiaron la habitación. Tuvimos que pedir toallas 3 veces generando una espera de 1 hora por lo menos. El desayuno espantoso, el café ácido, las medialunas secas, la mermelada en un bol en comúnNo volvemos mas!

Para mim, foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Sempre viajo com seguro (GTA - Diamante), mas na hora que precisei, foram os atendentes prestativos do Hotel que prestaram todo o atendimento. Isto não tem preço. Quartos mais silenciosos, escolha andares mais altos.

Sencillo, habitaciones y baños amplios. Buen colchón, precarias las almohadas (viejas y sucias). Buena luz en pisos superiores. Para estadías breves.

Es un Hotel Bastante limpio y estuve cómodo con la temperatura ambiente, lo malo es que se escucha todo de las habitaciones allegadas y el agua de las duchas no es muy caliente.

Perfectamente ubicado. Aunque es bastante caro para lo que ofrece. Habitaciones grandes pero con poca higiene. El desayuno es muy bueno

Miserable Service, they used my credit card without my authorization and without informing me, the management is corrupted. DIrty, noisy rooms, very old equipment (the noise of the AC won't allow you to sleep). The management is ineffective and disrespectful (I asked to arrange a defect in the toilet on December 29 because it was losing water, producing noise and finally became an overflowing affecting the whole room. The miserable and disrespectful management took 6 days in fixing it. Also there was an electrical shortcut in one of the lights and it took them 6 days to arrange it. The employees are mistreated by the management and 2 of them resigned during my stay at this fake and decadent hotel.

I have stayed in this place three times. After it just opened, in 2008, and just now (10/11). Each time it gets worse. The room was OK, but the view over the lower roofs and service and air conditioning equipment was unpleasant. The bathroom is showing signs of decay, with the grout starting to fall off,and wildew taking over. The soap and shampoo dispensers were for show as you had to pump hard 15-20 times for a modicum of cleanser to come out. The wifi was not working for three consecutive days. One day they "forgot" to clean our room. I could go on but what's the point? I won't be returning for a fourth stay. Oh, did I mention roaches?
