  a shame!! They don't answer the phone to make an appointment, when I finally got one and I went, they hadn't signed me up so I had to wait 2 hours for them to just answer me. To all this the secretaries passing the ball of who had made the mistake, the curly-haired young lady from the very rude reception.

  The medical center and its professionals very well, but what about the phone? Why do they put the number if they are not going to answer it? Will the secretaries not want to attend? I wanted to ask for a shift and I was dialing several times on different days and nobody attends.

  Hola, la comunicación al instituto es imposible, hay otra forma de comunicarse, u otros números al cual se pueda llamar para solicitar turno o cualquier otra información que uno necesite? Gracias.
