Terrible reception issue, they never answer any of the lines. I have been going for years for Dr. Franciulli, a professional who is worth it. I hope that they improve the shift service by call since it is practically impossible to communicate and the difference between the morning and the afternoon is also noticeable. It's safer to call in the morning. I only highlight Viviana, always friendly.

The reception staff do not enjoy their work to the point of treating patients/clients very badly they do not answer the phone, they do not answer the emails you send requesting prescriptions you follow the instructions of their own rules and they do not comply with them either ..you go and they tell you to buy the remedy and ask for a refund .. a pity because the professionals are good

El Dr.Montechiessi es un irrespetuoso. Recibe a su contador haciendo esperar a los pacientes por mas de una hora, cuando se le hace notar esta falta de respeto se niega a leer estudio del paciente. De terror! Será denunciado.
