  Really perfect! Caro was an incredible host! Since our room, at first, was a bit small, we got an upgrade for free! Also the other staff was very nice and super supportive in helping us to organize our trips to vineyards and the surroundings of Mendoza. Also, we can really recommend the driver we had, his name was Gabriel.

  One star because of the negative customer experience and the inflexibility of the staff of Casa de Coria. We booked two nights with them and unfortunately got stuck in the Argentinian boarder on our way from Chile to the hotel. We spent over 2 hours at the boarder and they didn’t let our rental car into the country, why we had to cancel our booking. There was no chance to enter the country for us. This was January 1st, high season in Argentina and the wine area, why there is no problem to cancel our booking and offer the room again. However the hotel refused to show some customer friendliness and charged us the two nights fully. Even though we tried to explain our unexpected situation and trouble they wouldn’t offer us any customer friendly option. This is very disappointing. So if you should ever have a problem with your booking, this is not the best place to go to.
