Apparently not for tourists to Buenos Aires.

We loved the Clorinda Tester building from the outside but weren't allowed to enter without our PASSPORTS??!!!
I for one never wander a city carrying my passport in case of robbery, doubly frustrating as it was raining AND there are zero public bathrooms available in the city. Seems not only the last library directors were blind

I liked the temporary exhibition in Shakespeare and Cervantes.
A little bit more maintenance to the building would do good

Its a nice and huge library, it will be little difficult for those who know very little spanish, there are lot of english books available too. You get to read book with a great view over looking most of the important places on BA. Its a really peaceful place to work as well.

This place is fantastic to go and work with your laptop in the 6th floor, the wifi is not the best but is free all the place and obviously quite.

a great place to see good architecture in buenos aires. this 6 story building was designed by a famed argentine brutalist architect and inaugurated in 1992.

the building is not in the best condition but the attention to detail in the design is amazing.

unusual views of the city from the 5th floor.

if you are into photography, you can spend days here.

there are free tours on saturday and sundays at 4pm.
