Biblioteca Popular Dr. Gregorio Alvarez, Junin De Los Andes, Neuquen Argentina
This is the main library out in Junin De Los Andes, Neuquen Argentina that I visited back on Friday, June 9, 2017.
I would give them a better rating, but their wi-fi only works so far on my android and Not on my laptop.
They are only open Monday to Friday and their hours are just Not enough for ME or to remain a public library like other libraries out there.
