Estuvimos semana santa 2018 muy lindo lugar tranquilo, habitacion impecable en limpieza comodida y vista al lago, lo unico que criticaria es la comida un poco cara pero a pesar de todo muy rica, bueno despues fue todo muy lindo.

Increíble experiencia.
La atención es excelente.
El spa es uno de los más lindos que he visitado.
Mucha calidez y comodidad.
El restaurante del hotel tiene una muy buena oferta de platos y especializados en cocina patagónica.

Excelente si lo que buscas es un lugar para descansar tranquilo, es la mejor opción. La comida es espectacular, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. La vista es excelente.

My husband and I visited this lovely hotel in March. The managers spoke English, which was most helpful. The rooms were quite nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very upscale. We found the service to be top notch, friendly and helpful. We were new to the area and the hotel manager gave us excellent advice on sightseeing, nearby restaurtants and Tea houses. She even booked us on a lake cruise and made resverations for us at a marvelous Italian restaurant. All advice and recommendations were helpful, accurate and appreciated. We tried out the restaurant at the hotel and it was absolutely excellent and intimate. The hotel even boasts a small, but nice bar, and the wine choices are great. The pool area is fantastic and they even have their own massage room. I also recommend the massages! All in all. you may have to take a few extra roads to get there, because it is tucked out on the lake, but it is worth it. Truly a lovely hotel with everything you could want or expect.

estuve hospedada en el hotel, en el mes de enero. Una experiencia muy agradable, el lugar donde está ubicado hermoso y todas las comodidades para pasar unos días en contacto y apreciando la naturaleza. LA atención y todo el hotel muy muy buenos!!!!

One of our favourite hotels. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Tranquil setting, beautifully finished rooms and common space. Beautiful setting in nature. Detailed stone work and interesting art to enjoy. Highly recommend that you try this hotel and boutique restaurant (with exceptional food )

This spa by far has the best restaurant in the Bariloche area without going to the main resort. Overall high quality place.
