The hippest place in town! Staff was super helpful and the hostel has plenty of fun common areas (including a roof terrace, ping ping table and bar). I'm taking one start of because: (1) Breakfast wasn't amazing and (2) one night someone barged into our private room, which is generally well secured with a metal door requiring a key card (this woke and scared us).

Great staff, very resourceful, very centralized location. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again. The view from the roof top patio was very nice. My only complaint is that the beds were pretty uncomfortable, even for a hostel. It is walking distance from the main bus station (~1.5 miles).

Stayed here for Passover weekend. Excellent staff, friendly people, pool table, common room to meet travellers and backpackers, nice terrace, can play the hostel's guitar. I was very satisfied.

I spent one week at Aldea Hostel and I had a great experience there, I could meet so many foreign people from all around the world and the staff are very helpful and nice. I really recommend this hostel. The hostel is very clean and the breakfast is very good!

Nice people and very relaxing. Just not the most central location. 5 or 10min walk for things to get better. One bed in a 6 person room is $115 pesos.
