  In my experience, I had the car alarm changed, he charged me and I did not bill me, there it started badly. Then one of the controls did not work, when I left it to fix they told me it would take 1 month And it takes 3 months. Not only that, they told me that they were going to call me when it was arranged to withdraw and they never did, leaving me 2 months without replacement control. When I withdraw it because I am going to look for it, they wanted to charge me for the repair being under warranty and it still did not work because I had to call to go on to configure it and they wanted to give me a shift in several days, when I mentioned that I can not continue waiting for fix the control, he replies that he will not attend to me anymore and that I take him to fix it elsewhere. Surprised by all this sequence I start to find out if other clients had problems and I find a lot of similar inconveniences of bad attention. My recommendation is that they do not approach the premises.
