poor . everything going wrong - power cuts people getting stuck in lifts - water not working. cold showers - then Brown water when it came back. no bacon at breakfast. sockets failed one night and nobody answers the phone - too busy playing on theirs when I visited the front desk at 1.15 am.
not recommended.

El hotel es cálido y agradable. El personal atento. Gimnasio completo. A la pileta le falta mantenimiento de limpieza, hay servicio de tollas para la misma. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas .

What?! A 5 stars hotel?! When and how did they get the 5 stars?! OmG! Terrible horrible! Never going back! Please! Think one more time! There are better ones with better prices!

We forgot a bag in the bathroom when we checked out. When we realized what happened we called them to go pick it up. They asked us to come back the next day and gave us the back back. Unfortunately, some items were missing such as our perfume/cologne. The chief of security was basically calling us liars and told us that he didn't have these items. Very bad experience, a simple, we are sorry, we don't know what happened, we will investigate and keep you posted would have made everything smoother.
